BCC will be the only agent to handle all the goods and exhibits in Iraq to & from the exhibition center. Having said the above, you are free to ship with any other agents from the country of origin but once the goods arrive to Iraq, BCC will be the only agent allowed to clear the goods & deliver them to the exhibition center. IFP recommends that you deal with BCC from the start to avoid any confusion and delays in delivery.

It is essential that all of your exhibitors and clients are aware of the above. No other freight forwarders or agents will be allowed to clear any goods and exhibits into Iraq by land, sea or air without the coordination & approval of BCC. All tariffs will be provided by BCC or you may contact them on the below details for further clarification and coordination:

It is the EXHIBITOR'S RESPONSIBILITY to insure that their exhibits are covered by adequate insurance coverage for the shipment, duration of the event , re-packing and re-exporting from the exhibition. It is advised that all EXHIBITORS should have a valid Inpatient/Outpatient Medical Insurance covering the Middle East Region.
